fk10 reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there is any reasonable suspicion that the account holder may be under the age of 18. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the fk10 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If fk10 identifies that a user holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided pending investigation.
fk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time fk10 deems appropriate. Accepted documents for KYC verification include national identity cards (NID), passports, utility bills dated within 90 days, and bank or mobile wallet statements. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Deposits & Withdrawals
fk10 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts held with BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fk10 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.
Deposits are typically credited to your fk10 account balance within seconds for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. fk10 does not charge internal fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fk10 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours of 08:00 to 00:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The majority of withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 BST the following day. fk10 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
- Withdrawal method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise. fk10 operates on the principle that all bets, once confirmed, are binding and final. Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
fk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, evidence of prohibited conduct, account inactivity beyond the defined dormancy period, or at the request of the account holder themselves via a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fk10 shall not be liable to any user for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the fk10 platform. fk10 accepts no liability for any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from sharing account credentials, failing to log out of a shared device, or failing to notify fk10 of suspected unauthorised account access in a timely manner.
